Magic Tidy (“we,” “us”) provides home organizing services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through magictidy.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details submitted through our booking or quote forms, including name, email, phone number, and city or neighbourhood.
• Photos of your space that you optionally upload for a quote. These may incidentally show personal items inside your home.
• Project details such as room type, what is not working, preferred timing, and other notes you choose to share.

We do not use advertising trackers that identify you personally. Basic site analytics may be used to understand which pages are useful.

How we use your information

• To review your request and prepare an estimate or final quote.
• To schedule and deliver an organizing project.
• To follow up about your inquiry or completed project.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the business, such as email delivery providers, and only for that purpose.

Your photos

Photos uploaded for an inquiry are used only to scope and plan your project. We do not publish client photos, including before-and-after images, without separate written permission. Declining publication never affects service or pricing.

Storage and retention

Inquiry details and photos are stored on secured systems in Canada. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, service history, tax, legal, security, and operational purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that you submitted. Contact info@magictidy.com or 647-955-2606. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
